Around the World on Two Wheels
In my live multivision show Around the World on Two Wheels, I present my best motorcycle photographs and tell stories of my worldwide motorcycle journeys, of breakdowns and breathtaking natural experiences, of encounters with inspiring people—and of the limitless freedom on two wheels. At the same time, my presentation is a journey through time spanning more than three decades filled with adventure and passion.
Since 1991, I have been travelling around the world by motorcycle, from the very beginning until today always with a GS from BMW. At first, I explored the deserts of Africa, Asia, Australia and America on two wheels, then conquered 5,000-metre-high Himalayan passes, ventured into the Canadian Arctic and Mongolia in winter, and withstood temperatures far below -30 degrees. In recent years, I have travelled with my machine through the East African Rift Valley, the Andes and Central Asia, and in the following years, for the first time, through Europe.
