We dispatch our products exclusively within Germany and to the EU countries listed in the order process.

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of being placed. Please note that processing times may be longer than usual for large orders.

Deliveries are made via DHL.

Standard delivery within Germany: €5.00 – delivery time 1–3 working days.

Standard delivery to EU countries: €8.00 – delivery time 1–3 working days.

Free delivery on orders of €40.00 or more.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. Delays caused by external factors (e.g. extreme weather conditions) are beyond our control.

We currently only deliver within Germany and to the EU countries listed in the order process.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the courier’s website.

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@michael-martin.de. In the event of damaged goods, please send us photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including offering a refund or a replacement.

The cancellation period is 14 days from receipt of the goods. Please contact us in advance at info@michael-martin.de to arrange the return before sending the goods back.

If you cancel a purchase and return the goods, you, as the consumer, are responsible for the costs.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
