Cancellation Policy
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity (Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB)).
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax or an email).

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Refunds for tickets that have already been purchased are only possible in the event of the event being cancelled, regardless of whether a copy of the tickets has already been printed. Ticket orders are not subject to the Distance Selling Act. Section 312b(3)(6) of the German Civil Code (BGB) stipulates that the Act does not apply to contracts for the provision of leisure services, which also includes concerts. This means that a two-week right of withdrawal and return is excluded. However, our organisers and we are often accommodating and will exchange your ticket for another event or a voucher. A refund is only possible if the event is cancelled or rescheduled. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the organiser or we will send you an email, to which you should reply to confirm. The organiser or we will then refund the full purchase price to you.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. Refunds will always be made by bank transfer, even if the payment was made by direct debit or credit card. To this end, please provide us with your bank account number by telephone or email as soon as possible. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you post the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning.
